Stakeholders actively shape locational & competitive advantages (Execute LED initiatives)

The initiatives (which collectively form the strategic action agenda), could consist of projects of various sizes to improve aspects of systemic competitiveness of the local economy. This is of carefully selected champions best able to implement initiatives prioritised. The diversity of these projects, such as:

·          Building of a critical road that unlocks potentials,

·          Removing a regulatory red tape,

·          Developing critical specialist skills,

logically require expertise and resources matching the nature of the task/project. Initiatives proposed without availability of capacity or other resources required to execute, are not viable and therefore poorly conceived.
