Without proper understanding and enthusiastic support from the leaders of the public- and private-sector, LED progress will be slow, frustrating, wasteful and time consuming. These leaders need to use their power and influence to ensure maximum stakeholder support, that the LED system is resourced properly, and functions with efficacy.

Our process establishes a shared understanding, vision, social pact and governance system for sound LRED. Public- and Private- sector leaders thereafter understand and support LED by means of their own networks and an established LED governance system.
