 Understanding the current situation

Understand what is working and what is not, before proposing large scale change. Avoid the risk of undermining what works, and promoting what does not. Our assessment service will enable LED stakeholders to understand the current state of LED, from various perspectives. Different instruments are used for each perspective, and these could be used together to form a holistic view, or separately to focus on specific aspects:
- Competitiveness of Key Sectors / Clusters Systemic
- Competitiveness of the local business environment
- LED Impact Assessment
- Maturity of LED organisations

These services are available to apply on single or multiple localities. Multiple localities adds the benefit of benchmarking, to compare relative performance.
