Capacity building of LED Stakeholders

LED is a relatively new field of expertise and few stakeholders already have the required expertise and skills. Capacity to apply sound LED practices is required by a variety of key stakeholders that need to work coherently together, for the LED systems to function well. LED partners therefore require a shared understanding of high impact LED principles, objectives, processes, roles, and practices. Different capacity building programmes and networking events are required to enhance the contribution of these partners, to strengthen partnerships and cooperation mechanisms.

Our hands on capacity building processes enables stakeholders to understand their specific role in LED, why it is in their interest to succeed and equip them with skills and simulated experience. Depending on the need, we offer training, learning by doing, coaching and mentoring.
