Establish LED Systems, Processes and Networks
(& Real-Time Economic Development)

To achieve significant scale of LED, the capacity of key public sector and private sector LED stakeholders need to be leveraged systematically and effectively to realise maximum benefit. Organisations such as lead firms in the private sector, organised business, sector development organisation, educational institutions and a multitude of support institutions that are rich in expertise, resources, relational capital and networks.

Our facilitation process will bring the right public and private sector stakeholders together, in the right pattern of roles, based on the specific skills and capabilities. This multi-stakeholder LED approach typically requires a more effective facilitation and networking approach to establish two channels for improvement: Pro-active identification and pursuit of catalytic initiatives with high impact (subject to the government planning cycle), and Quick response to issues and opportunities that arise in an unpredictable manner (real-time).
