Insight, Vision, Strategic + Pragmatic Initiatives

How does one achieve the best results in the most efficient way? Knowing what change would have the greatest catalytic impact, knowing who has the power to make the change and gaining commitment to execute the change - are all crucial elements of smart and pragmatic strategy.

Our facilitation process supports LED stakeholders to pursue strategic thinking and action that leads to real results. This entails improving insight and understanding of the local economy, diagnosis of competitive advantage, identifying strategic options and filtering out the most catalytic and pragmatic initiatives. It also includes leveraging and mobilising capacity to execute LED and initiates implementation immediately. Documentation and formalities follow.
