Leverage and Mobilise Capacity to Execute LED

Where LED strategy documents exist and implementation has disappointed, we will build on what exists but facilitate change to introduce pragmatism and mobilise capacity to execute. We will review the existing strategy, assess the current situation and then facilitate a process whereby local stakeholders will be empowered to pursue pragmatic strategic thinking and action that leads to real results.

Depending on how much is already in place, the process entails diagnosis of competitive advantage, reviewing strategic options and filtering out the most catalytic and pragmatic initiatives. It also includes leveraging and mobilising capacity to execute LED and initiates implementation immediately. Documentation and formalities follow.
